I dont have electricity for 3 months now, eskom has been saying they wil come to the house to fix & check the problem, i have been calling & going the the branch no help

today i called the call centre & askes for the team leader ..spoke to peter swanepoel after holding for over 30 minutes ...he confirmed ill get feedback from him after an hr & i spoke to him at around 8am now its after 12pm & no feedback...I cannot keep on going up & down but no services...3 months is too long....plz fix my probelm...ref number for todays call is ********** 94
