I bought electricity from vendor

I bought electricity from vendor. The vendor changed me R1 extra for the transaction. I reported the matter to eskom and whistle blowers, but to date there's no movement on the matter. I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I also include my Ref as proof. OBC ***6. I suggest that you put 0 on the ratings options as some reviews don't deserve a ⭐
