I am really not happy about Eskom Kokstad

I have never been this frustrated as an Eskom client. I am going towards the 2nd week without electricity in my house and am the only one without power. When i phoned to follow up on my reference number i was told that they just updated on the system that it has been allocated to a technician and i must be at home at all times. A week later i am still waiting. They keep sending messages that they are aware of the situation and will attend as soon as possible. I went to their offices in Kokstad and was attended to by a security guard who could not be bothered by my frustation. My reference number is ***. Contact details ***
