Horrific Eskom *** Customer Care Agent

<p>Terrible service.</p> <p>I had questions (actually still have) concerning my high bill that I have received, I had initially sent an email to Eskom but no reply.........today I decided to call in to their ********** 566 number. A lady who did not even introduce herself answered the call, when I asked questions, the best answers were, "I do not know why", " I cannot speak for the last person you spoke to" not even 1 on my questions were answered to mysatisfaction. The shocking part is when she hung up on me while I was still talking and trying to express my dissatisfation.</p>
