Horrid service

Eskom service is ridiculous it is a lockdown situation and a public holiday and without lights since 11am. Ligged a call and now 4.30pm and still waiting. Phone call center and she says nothibg she can do she is in jhb and does not have any update from technician that was assigned call at 12.20pm...really shocking. Gave a family of 6 and cannot cook or boil water....pathetic customer service.
