Horrible service and admin staff

My mother in law has been been waiting for her claim amount for a MONTH now. The court order CLEARLY states the amount AFTER TAX to be paid and now conveniently the court order is insufficient??? She asked the administrator, a Mr. Pardon, to speak to the team leader or the supervisor and he bluntly told he no?!?!???? WHERE IN YOUR LIFE? Your service is pathetic to say the least and you are not willing to help at all! Your administrative staff is uneducated and he need to start train them, seriously, never in my life have I give this bad service to a member ever! Shame on you Eskom! We will be taking this matter further
