Horrible service

Horrible service at Eskom customer service. I live in Etwatwa West and don't have supply at ourhouse for 3 days now. When we call we get told that a technician will be dispatched but they never arrive and we're still in the dark. At this point going off grid sounds very attractive because Eskom is proving useless.
