HORRIBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY KHULULWA NDZBONGO FROM CONTACT CENTER

I called Eskom contact center at 12h38 spoke to one of your agent by the name of Khululwa Ndzbongo who was rude and she had the audacity to drop the line on my ear after she advised that we owing Eskom R2800.00 however we using prepaid electricity. This is the 1st time i received such horrible poor customer service from this fool who doesn't know what she is doing ,customer service nor her job description. I would like
