Horrible customer service

<p>Tsolo Agriculture and Rural Development Institute is agricultural college offering tertiary education. The institute app**** to Eskom for a new electricity connection for the veterinary clinic and for an upgrade to the entire electricity supply. Application for new electricity connection submitted in August 2015 at Eskom. To date no connection despite numerous reminders, phone calls and walk ins . </p> <p>Application for Upgrade of electricity phase submitted in July 2016 and still no response. </p>
