Hlahatsi 4 weeks no electricity

Eskom should my granny die, I will put the blame on you. I will get the best lawyers and sue you. My grandmother has been without electricity for the past 4 weeks yet she buys electricity every month. When she reports to your Techniciansthey tell her that she will suffer cos people in her area don't buy electricity. So now she's being crucified for other peoes sins, ints u fair. She's diabetic and her medication has to stay in the fridge. Can someone attend to the electricity in her area. The area is Hlahatsi. My granny is a law abiding and first class citizen and doesn't deserve this treatment.
