HIGH TARRIFS-CONSTANTIA METERING

Hi.<br> <br> A company called Constantia Metering, is charging us/ me ridiculous Tarrifs(Prepaid Electricity). Here is an example: If u buy Electricity for R50 you will get 1KW then if you buy for another R50 thats when you can get proper or fair KW.<br> <br> So i want to lodge a very serious Complaint against this company and i am also going to complain to Eskom about this. I would like this Company to be Investigated because this is not making sense at all, on top of that. I have no loghts now because they have closed my Electricty supply, i am only owing R218. They decide to close my lights because R218.<br> I am also expected to pay a reconnection Fee, that is amounting to R632. I did not get no Letter nor SMS from them, they claim that they left the Letter by the Security gate and they were advised by the Body Corporate to do so. My query is: They did not send me no SMS and why do they have cut my Lights because of R218???
