High tariff charge/fradulent/Doggy

Eskom double charged me for electricity i bought using my pnohe. i bought electricity for R300 and i received 153.KWh and the explanation i received from the municipality is ridiculous. since i bought electricity more than twice Eskom put me in a different tariff and they charged me double. I MEAN THAT IS NONSENSE. NOW ESKOM IS TRYING TO PAY THEIR MISUSE OF FUNDS BY DOUBLE CHARGING THE POOR PEOPLE AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED THIS TO THE PUBLIC.<br> <br> <br> I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS NOT RIGTH.
