Help needed with my account

I have been struggling from April 2024 for my account to be sorted out. One payment has not been allocated to my account. I have emails over and over again all the details all the proof of payment. And nothing is getting sorted out. This needs to be sorted out all i want is for my money to be allocated to my account. Hellan Mokaba has never given me feedback. I follow up with her over and over again. Nothing has been done this is very unprofessional. When i call the call center they just say they can’t assist. When i log a query on the app and they call back they are rude and can’t assist me.
