Help me eishkom

When you expected that eishkom said there's no loadshedding, then out of the blue your lights go off. Their two technicians were here last month, I thought the problem was solved, now same problem again. Some somewhere in front of the computer switched me off again or tsotsi technicians who want bribes just switched me off in the last 10 minutes. I can't believe it .
