Hateful Eskom staff to the elderly!

Reported a fault round 11 am yesterday with Ref no. *** and till now n technician has come. They said it would take 7 & half hours NOTHING TILL NOW! This morning round 7 am they advised they'll be sending someone round. We all the Pimville dedicated technician Freddie *** who advised he'll be send another tech yesterday... NOTHING. Called today was on hold and when cal came through round 14:30 the agent pretended not to hear me. I had to redial and it cost me more than R100 on the calls!
