Harassment and disrespect

I'm writing this with a heavy heart... yesterday when i was at work I receive a call from my helper telling me that there are 2 young guys who were knocking at the gate when she goes out to see who they were and asked the guys if there was anything she can help them with and their response was like open the gate for us we want to check the meter box "in an aggressive behaviour"without any introduction that they were send by eskom then the lady refused to open the gate and quickly ran back to the as she was scared be ****med and for her live aswell as,and she said that this people didn't looked and sounded so proffessional and there was nothing showing that they were from Eskom except only for their dirty overalls with no name tags on....then later when I got home I found that there was no electricity so they decided to cut off the power from the electric pole without consulting with me the owner of the house and they left a note written "customer refused to sign a charge sheet" and that time no one contacted me from Eskom notifying me that there's a fault with my meter box or what so ever,even now I'm still in the dark as I don't know what's going on with my power supply and the sad part is that I have a teenage child that she's still busy with her exams yesterday she had to study using a candle.... however I understand that Eskom doesn't have money and is under a lot pressure but honestly speaking i cannot tolerate the harassment and the abuse that we are getting from their employees... I'm a customer here and Eskom is a service provider I believe we both have a relationship there should be some sort of communication in a proper manner,worse part of it I'm a new owner I've just moved in here this month on the 1st and already I don't have power for what reason nobody knows, I haven't even went to their offices to change the account to be on my name honestly I'm not happy with service and the treatment I got yesterday I feel harassed and disrespect I'm taking this matter to my lawyer.
