Great Team - Kudos

On Sunday the 14th February 2021, just after 10h00, the power to our whole area went down. We were not scheduled for a power outage. Our complex of 100 apartments was very badly affected with people trapped in lifts and being unable to access their cars once battery backups failed. Our security company asked me to give access to Eskom and a team consisting of Ebrahim, Darren, Jermaine, Clinton and Ian jumped in and took control. Not only that, they actually kept me in the loop of everything that was happening so that I could keep residents informed. This was so helpful and kind and we were really grateful to have power back after nine and a half hours.
