To whom it may concern,

There is a lot that I want to say regarding the calls that I have made to Eskom but this is not the reason why Im writing this mail.

I called on the 24 June 2020 and got cut off a few times until I got through to an amazing lady by the name of Angela Rogers, ***. Im super awed at how a person could remain so calm,efficient and helpful without losing patience for a frustrated caller.To you Angela Rogers,thank you so much for going the extra mile in assisting me load my voucher successfully. May you grow in the business as an emotionally intelligent individual that I have ever came across! Wooow! I hope that yourpeers learn from you and if I could, By mandate of your supervisor,just buy you some Mcdonalds for your lunch tomorrow!
