Great Service

I would like to take my hat off for a consultant who assisted me yesterday when I called in by the name of Thabo. I had called in earlier the same day and was assisted by another consultant called Ivy, all I got from that woman was a stinking attitude in so much so that she even insinuated that I wasn’t buying electricity and yet had the nerve to complain about an electricity box that’s outside my parents house and have been left open by their technicians for weeks, just to find out from Thabo when I called again that she took an old meter number which is still reflecting on their system, that my parents don’t have or use anymore. Thabo took his time to assist us, he was very understanding ,explained what had happened with the other lady and very helpful. I would like to say thank you so much Thabo, this days it’s hard to find empathetic people like you. May you be blessed & the God in you keep shining in all that you do. Ref: ***
