frustrated yet again

<p>Really now!!! Eskom promised us that they won't be any load shedding yet before winter has really started we have NO electricity for more than 4 hours without a warning for the 4th time this week. This is really frustrating as we pay high electricity rate but have VERY POOR service. </p>
