FRUSTRATED WIDOW LEFT IN THE DARK BECAUSE OF ESKOM!!

My mother a 65 year old senior citizen who lives in Ga-Rankuwa hasn't had electricity for over 2weeks and she lives in the Industrial side of Ga-Rankuwa. She has spoken to one of the people from Eskom and they said they'll send technicians and nothing has happened. The area is in a bush and an incident has happened that threatened my family due to the issue of the place and now with no electricity for over 2weeks, it lives a level of frustration and panic. Eskom staff has in the area refused her access in order to speak to someone but promised for weeks on end that a technician was going to come and fix the electricity issue and nothing was done. My family's safety is being comprised due to people who actually DON'T CARE about providing service to senior citizens. So, if you live in the township, people are treated as second class citizens and ONLY people living in suburbs are well taken care off, it's DISGUSTING!
