Frustrated no Electricy for 2 weeks

If there was an zero for this review I was going to choose it. I am so frustrated by the service recieved from Eskom. Its be full two weeks we are without electricity. We have 5 reference numbers from Eskom but we have nit recieved any help. You onlyget through to the call centre. I have done everything in my power to try and get the service but todate we have no electricity. Help please someone. Eskom Stanger office please help. Your technicians close the case but they never come to fix electricity in our house
