Frustrated by Eskom

We’ve had no electricity for two weeks now. Eskom has not been true to their word and their system does not work. Phone calls don’t go through, emails are null in void. Going to the office was a bust as people are still working from home.

This is frustrating. We are being given the run around and when we make contact we are referred to someone whose line does not work or to the customer care line, which doesn’t work. What to do now??
