Fix it....now

Good day....let me start by giving you all.the reference numbers that my elderly father was given....I'll explain. To be specific that dungeon you call offices at Eskom in Mogwase in the North West Province. And yes I know where Megawatt is.

This is my problem, everytime the weather is aggressive the power goes out and when it comes back...all the houses in our street get power except in our house right..now I understand a delay of 30 min....now when it goes as far as more than 3 days I don't understand.

These minions you call technicians don't fix the problem, they stick a bandaid and think the problem is fixed....really now. We go to the same dungeon at Eskom Mogwase to report this problem they send you from pillar to post, nobody wants to take accountability no one wants to actually fix the problem, it's ok when people keep logging these calls. I'm not done, we get remarks from these minions at Polokwane telling us that we must give them petrol money to come and attend a call in Mogwase ... as if I hired that minion...really now. We checked one of the most recent references and the sinister over talks me that call rejected....why because it's an on going fault that can't be fixed. So what must we do?

Yesterday the weather was dramatic and the power goes out...till now we still don't have power. What must we do?

Now I want someone to do something that is a permanent solution for this situation...you know why?? I'll tell you why because it's rubbing me the wrong way. Now I don't want to come to megawatt because when I come there....I come there
