Five-Star Service

I just spoke to Teresa Musa in the Eskom Call Centre about an outage that has now lasted 3 days. We often complain about Eskom in particular and customer service and and and BUT this lady handled me with care from the time she greeted me. The call was not an unnecessary drag and regret at all, she listened and advised where needed. Clear and concise. I dread phoning call centres but I am so glad that I spoke to her. I felt as ease.
