FIVE CASES CLOSED SINCE MONDAY - NOTHING DONE

Since MONDAY I have logged FIVE cases.<br> They keep just getting closed with NO COMMUNICATION TO ME.<br> My electrician says that the voltage coming in to the house is responsible for blowing out the gates and ALL the lights in the house TWICE so far.<br> Every time I phone I am told it has been escalated.
