Feedback on Customer Service experience

I would like to take a moment to commend Thulasiwakhe Sishi for her outstanding assistance with my token issue. She resolved the matter in less than 15 minutes with efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. Her service was exceptional, and she truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

On the other hand, I regret to share that my earlier call with Phiwokuhle was disappointing. She was unable to provide the 40 numbers I requested, repeatedly stated she would escalate the matter without resolving my issue, and her tone came across as rude. This interaction wasted my airtime and left me dissatisfied.

I hope this feedback helps in recognizing excellent service while also addressing areas that need improvement.
