Failure to connect electricity

I app**** for electricity with Eskom offices in Burgersfort in January 2020,then I got quotation & paid in March 2020, they came & installed the transformer in August 2020, but they did not connect for me, & they came middle of September 2020 to connect, unfortunately something was not right, then the guy said to me the contractor need to come back as there is something they did wrong, no one came, until in November 2020,I went back to their office, then they took in my number & they will call me back before end of day, no one called then I went back to their offices the following day where I asked to speak to the manager & they told me he will come by the name of Jack, first as he entered the office the security lady said to him there is someone who would want to speak to you & he responded saying "o nyakang which means what does she want" with attitude & he came eventually & I explained myself to him & he said he does not know anything, he never got report, but he will get me the answers & come back to me, & that was around 17 November 2020 & I'm still waiting for his answers why are they not connecting for me, when I did the application they told me it's a 4 months project but for me it will a year soon
