Failure to attend to queries logged

I have been calling eskom since from tuesday reporting the issue with my electricity ,to this date im sitting with 3 reference and no assistance ,I find it very useless for me to be a good citizen and pay electricity then have to beg for assistance this is why we sitting with people refusing to pay for their services because when we encounter problems no one is there to rescue now its weekend will be told they will attend me on Monday
