FAILED TO SEND TECH OUT FOR 24 HOURS

Our power went off on 30 June 2015 just after 20:15.The following day on the 01 July 2015 we contacted Eskom Contact Centre at *** to report the fault and we were give the REF Number *** and told by the Agent that within six hours the problem would be attended to.<br> <br> At 17:20 we contacted the Call centre again qouting the reference number and alerted them that no technician showed up yet.<br> <br> We called the centre again at 19:55 and spoke to a very helpful guy by the name of Modise from Polokwane Centre and he said he will follow up the issue and come back to me but never received a call from him.Thirty minutes after that i drove to the nearest Eskom centre wich is in Ivory Park Ext 2 and it was closed.I contacted the centre when i was there and Mokhele from Bloemfontein informed me that he will follow up and revert back to me wich he did but still no technician came.On Wednesday 02 July i called the centre just before seven and spoke to Lindokuhle who said our call was closed as the fault was attended last night but nobody did come to us.It is now 24 hours and Eskom still failed to send a Technician to fix our problem.Our current ref is***...We still waiting for Eskom
