FAILED TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING METER READINGS WHICH I SUBMITTED .

This company as has no communication channels . They put you on hold forever while playing their boring classic music finishing our minutes. I'm unable to submit our monthly READINGS as per our agreement with eskom . I have submitted my READINGS via email twice already and i tried to call them but still no one seems to bother coming back to me . The company should be sold be sold to the highest bidder because its like a dead snake .
