Failed by eskom management

Hello peter, since the 23rd of August we are in the dark because of Eskom. I and the other community members have reported the issue till to this day it is not resolved. I tried all the levels of logding a complain without success. The manager called me and tell me that they will not put the back the power on due to the following reason. They have done audits and some house hold are not buying electricity he further explain that is a new law that eskom implemented. If feel like my basic human rights are violated because my grocies are now rotten. I cannot wear ironed cloth to work, bathing with cold water. The frustrating part is I'm being treated the same as those who are not buying electricity, this is not fair.
