Extremely frustrating service

Everyday at 4 pm our electricity here at ext 4 Diepsloot gets cut even if its not load shedding.

We are told its due to high usage by the extension and its to make space for Steyn City and Riverside since they are suburbs. Absurd, pathetic and terrible service, I am working from home, have someone depending on oxygen machine ....how are we supposed to survive? You guys are a nightmare
