Extremely bad service from Eskom Finance Company

I have a mortgage with Eskom Finance Company, After making arrangements and essentially setting up a payment holiday on my mortgage due to the corona virus lockdown in April. I found that they put a bad judgement on my credit record for my mortgage being in arrears. They have not responded to my e-mails nor do they answer any calls regarding this matter.
