Extremely Bad Service

Load Shedding is out of control. How may times a day should we experience load shedding, I am so fed up with Eskom worse part is every time we have load shedding we also loose network on mobile phones. You cant even make a simple phone call due to load shedding.

When you call in they just put you on hold for ours and don't get through to anyone.
