Extreme BAD service delivery - Jabavu Area Soweto

Yeeeer I reported a power outage on Sat morning as my power tripped from the green box as a result of my neighbor *****ing my electricity. We've received 6 reference numbers every time we had to call and make follow ups. They promise to send technicians within 2 or 4 hours each time I call. It's so frustrating to have to hold for at least 12 minutes before you can speak to a person and then you have to relate the story AGAIN! My food is starting to rot in the fridge.
