Exposed cables and its raining and failure to fix

Hi, <br> With the current hail storm, it damaged our Eskom cables and pole - now live damaged cables are exposed, we have kids running around the yard and its highly dangerous...We have reported the issue 4times now and ESKOM fails to send technicians through,<br> <br> how long should we wait? or should we wait for one of us to die first?
