Excellent service recieved

<br> I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the service that I have received about 30 minutes ago from a customer service consultant Katiso at Eskom, I had already given up on Eskom in terms of their customer service, it is usually very poor BUT to my surprise, just for record purposes so that I can have a reference number for my query I called this afternoon and spoke to a very professional gentleman Katiso, he went beyond extra mile, exceeding the customer satisfaction by calling me back as my airtime got finished while he was busy with my query, that really meant a lot, hope you teach your colleagues one or two things about customer service.<br> <br> Keep up good work:)<br>
