Excellent Service Received on a Sunday

Would just like to commend the staff from Eskom for assisting with a problem we had with our power. Trenches have been dug outside our premises to run water pipes and in the process of doing so they caught the insulation of our power line. With the rain it caused the insulation to actually start melting and as a result we had no power. I called the call center to report the problem. The lady who assisted was very helpful and friendly and logged the call with the Moriningside branch. I left the premises as there is not much to do with no power. I was very surprised to come home to a house with power a few hours later and to see the power line was fixed correctly. Keep up the good service it was wonderful to be presently surprised.
