Excellent Service

On the 01/02/2016 I phoned the call centre because I was struggling to put in the voucher number on the box. I had to phone twice the fist time the lady I spoke did not really help me so I had to phone again. The lady by the name Modjadji Msiza who had such a friendly voice and willing to assist . She discovered what the problem was and she sent me different digits to punch in before I punched the ones that I bought and It worked. She was with me on the line she wanted to make sure that by the time I put the phone down I got the assistance that I needed . Eskom has a real Jewel in Modjadji. ***
