Eskom is getting disrespectful at this very point. In our area, load shedding was scheduled for 00:00-02:00. It’s 12:10 now, electricity has been gone for 12 hours, that’s half a day. There is load shedding scheduled for 16:00, they are still going to continue with the load shedding as intended, as if they didn’t just take 12 hours( and counting ) of electricity. Eskom does not take us seriously, this needs to be sorted out with immediate effect. People who work from home are being affected, people who are home schooled are being affected and self employed entrepreneurs are being affected.
