Eskoms threatens customers

So we are deligent customers of eskom always pay on time and never have an overdraft, last week we received a bill triple our bill we usually pay and according to eskom it is a 5 month bill of all estimations that were done wrongly and if we dnt pay asap our electricity will be cut... What the hell first who said estimate obviously there is a charge of wrong estimation but it not the customers fault its because they to lazy to send people out and now that eskom needs money they want to get back at loyal customers it's not fair... They don't cut off people's ******* connections hanging across roads but loyal peoples they want to threaten.... Then another thing is we moved in our place 3 years ago but the bill came on the previous owners name... So an eskom consultant said we need to do a move out and move in but today they call to say we must pay R2000 to do a move in and have more costs that comes out to R4000. What the hell... And if we dnt pay it 2day our electricity will be cut... Why ddnt the consultant tell us that's how it works.... Where do I get that money now.... Eskom is ridiculous and its saddens me because they do nothing to ******* doings but to us they want to threaten left right and center.....
