Eskoms ridiculous and pathetic service

<p>So I have been trying to contact Eskom call center for 3 good hours, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, when this tremendously rude and arrogant consultant Tsundzuka manana "assists" me in a very unsatisfactory manner, but then since I'm the one suffering from eskoms lack of supply, my time... My airtime... Me being a customer... Doesn't matter to the agent assisting because they are in a office with electricity and they most probably don't have an outage at their home. </p> <p> </p> <p>Even if a customer is illiterate a consultant must act as a representative of the company and now Tsundzuka has shown me the face of eskom...</p> <p> </p> <p>Such horrible service... </p> <p> </p> <p>Please give your consultants proper customer service training </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
