ESKOM’s poor service delivery

Poor service delivery at ESKOM Lebowakgomo.

My house has been without electricity since Sunday (07/07/2024) at 15:30. We reported to ESKOM, they said they’ll send someone. Monday(08/07/2024) , same story and today(09/07/2024) I went to ESKOM customer Care, they called Andrew in our presence who said he will send someone. I waited from 14:30 to 15:30, no one came. Went to ESKOM Lebowakgomo to check if they’ve sent someone, but a Mr Hlahla said that he doesn’t even want to talk to us. It’s been 3 days now without supply, my whole house smells like a dead rat because everything in the fridge is rotten. 💔😭 Reference number : ***
