Eskom's Poor service

I have a complaint about Eskom the box had a problem on Tuesday I reported the matter yesterday morning they gave me a reference number *** until now we don't have power and the food in the fridge is damaged I called them several times but they only say my problem is updated I'm furious because it's not our fault we did nothing wrong on the box please intervene.
