Eskom's lack of care and laziness!

We have been without electricity for days. The meter box was vandalized and we have logged calls without any assistance.

I've spoken to Thulani Maduna and his supervisor Cathy Clements was supposed to call me back but didn't. Then called Thami Bengu said Don Reddy would call still waiting.

This morning I'm told there is a high call volume and a new technician will be dispatched. Banyana Mohatshwa said that Tumelo Mokhwari would call but am yet to see if it will happen.

It's exam season, people are on medication that needs to be refrigerated. Eskom just doesn't care about us!
