Eskom's disgusting service

I am visiting my parents in the deep rurals of Eastern Cape, we haven't had electricity from Tuesday the 18th. Several phone calls have been made to Eskom to report this matter but there haven't been any response from Eskom. They haven't even sent a technician to come and assess the problem. What are these people supposed to do, they haven't been with electricity for seven days. In what planet is this acceptable???
