Eskom's constant extended blackouts

Hi,

In Cosmo city ext 8, the side of police station and the side of Usave, we experience extended blackouts whenever there is power outage. All other areas get restored electricity but not us. Sometimes, when electricity comes back, it toggles on and off which is very bad for our appliances. Then it takes about 2 to 3 hours before it stabilises. This happens each and every time when there is a loadshedding or any power outage.

As I write this message, the power went off at around 17h30. It is now 21h00 and we are still in the dark. All other areas are fine.

Eskom, please assist us, this is not right and has been going on fir quite some time. Whenever we report this problem, it is treated as a general issue instead of being thoroughly investigated and resolved once and for all.
