Eskom's bad service

I have been without power for a month now the switch tript in the main box outside I have been sending eskom emails everyday they just keep on sending me reference numbers but nothing happens if you call them they give you a lot of options but you don't speak to an agent. What must I do for them to come out. If I was steeling power or anything of the sort than I would have understand but this is ridiculous. If I get someone to put the power on *******ly then I'm the wrong one but if you go the right root and follow the law than this is the tipe of service you get.
