Eskom's bad service

Ive been without elecricity for 3 days. Ive got questions 1. Why is qualified electritions not allowed to work on Eskom prepaid meter? 2. Why is Eskom so understaffed when they are the only supplier of power in our country. The technition/s can not handle all the cases 3. Why is it implossible to get through to the call center.
